Former Zsótér House. Since 2014 here is the Regional Directorate of the Hungarian State Treasury (Est. 2001). Also (in the 2020s) there is retaurant and a commercial bank branch too. - Partly two storey+ granary storey, partly one storey multifunctional building. Enclosed courtyard. Staircase entry from vaulted gateway. Feketesas Street side staircase entry from second floor. The incompleted building bought János Zsótér shipping company owner, grain treder/merchant in 1844, his son start to complete the building 1863 (or later). Completed in 1866. Since 1911 owned by Jenő Bach, he partly remodelled to cinema in 1913. In 1935 owned by Szeged Free Royal City. The 3rd storey built in the 1960s. - 9 Széchenyi Square= 2-4 Feketesas Street=1? Vörösmarty Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Egykori Zsótér-ház=Zsótérház. 2014 óta (2023-ban is) Magyar Államkincstár területi igazgatósága földszintjén étterem. Leírás Téglalap alakú telekre épült a négy utcára szóló, kettő + magtáremeletes(?), a Feketesas utcára egyemeletes ház, zárt udvarral. Homlokzata a tér felé 1(iker)+5+5(iker)+1(iker), az oldalakon 1+3+1, a Fekete sas utcára 3+11+10+3 tengely, rizalitokkal. A hátsó front egyszerű kialakítású. A főpárkány előreugró, a középrizalitban lépcsős attikafal emelkedik. Kapuján át boltíves kapualjba lépünk, a jobbra nyíló lépcsőház új lépcsősora vezet az emeletekre, míg a hátsó lépcsőház az első emeletről indul. Történet: A befejezetlen Dercsényi épületet, 1844-ben vette Zsótér János hajósgazda és gabonakereskedő. Az épület befejezését 1856-tól a tanács is sürgette. Zsótér Andor, Jánosnak a fia 1863-ban építkezni szándékozott. 1866 őszére kész épületet. Itt volt Remes Anna polgári bormérése volt itt. 1911-től Bach Jenő volt a tulajonos, ő alakított ki benne 1913-ra mozgószínházat (Korzó mozi). 1935-ben már Szeged szabad királyi város tulajdona. Az 1960-as években létrehozták a harmadik emeletet.
