Memorial stone to mayor János Lomen. Inscriptions: János Lomen (1949-2017) First mayor of Bánk after the change of regime 1991-2000. Honorary citizen of Bánk, municipal councillor (2010-2017). "... I am convinced that Bánk will start on the path of development!" (János Lomen 03.10.1991). On the other side of the stone Dezső Kosztolányi quote. 3rd inscription: Thank you, among others: for establishing the foundations of the municipal and mayor's offices, for the transfer of Lake Bánki to the local government, for the establishment of the complete public utility supply of Bánk, for the rehabilitation of Lake Bánki in 2000-2001, for the continuous development of the village and the recreation area for your significant and decisive work in the field of the Bánk Sports and Fishing Association.//Thank you for your tireless community service over the years.
