English: Video of phenylhydrazine-induced anemic zebrafish embryo treated with 10-G + DMP at 6 dpf showing circulating Tg(gata1:dsRed) fluorescent erythrocytes within the caudal artery. Embryos were treated with phenylhydrazine (0.5 µg/ml) from 33 hpf to 48 hpf and then washed extensively. The anemic embryos were subsequently treated with 10-G (1 µg/ml) and dorsomorphin (DMP; 0.1 µM) from 54 hpf onward (as compared to Video S6). Video length: 2.5 seconds at 40 frames/second. |
