Description
English: Movie showing time series of incidence data for B. Maps show the natural log of weekly incidence data for B. White indicates no data for a given week, and blue indicates a value of zero. The number of isolates increases on a log color scale, with purple indicating the maximum value for a given subtype. Plots below the map show the hemisphere weekly totals (blue = Southern Hemisphere, and red = Northern Hemisphere) and are given as a reference point for time as the movie progresses.
