This Gladiator also has Shuttleworth connections, it being owned by them while on display in the FAA museum at Yeovilton. At that time it was correctly displayed as a Sea Gladiator, for that is it's pedigree. Sold to the Fighter Collection, it was restored to flying condition as a land based Gladiator and a stunning job has been done with it. The scheme chosen is that of 72sqn, a cracking scheme but slightly confusing to those of us who've been around a while as the Shuttleworth machine has also worn this scheme, back in the 1970's and 80's! 2013 Flying Legends Airshow.
