Eric Philip Severin's over-the-top final rag of the four he wrote, a five minute extravaganza published around the end of the ragtime era. Self-published in Moline, Illinois in 1918.

Thanks to Bill's Audio Reference Library for posting the original score, at this link: https://billsaudioreferencelibrary.com/track/1882468/grand-concert-rag-1918 This is a reproduction of the original score with some editing that eliminates alternative notes in the B and final strains; these are notes not normally used anyway.
