Description U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Robert Osborne, hospital corpsman assigned to the Provincial Reconstruction Team-Kunar based at Camp Wright in Asadabad, Afghanistan, helps set security along the Konar river by the Pashad Bridge in Pashad, Afghanistan, Oct. 5, 2009 while engineers perform a progress assessment with local laborers. The PRT security forces, engineers and a member from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers visited the bridge to get a progress update and check on local security surrounding the construction site.
