De Guillotinemolen of Grote Kucher, een zware bakstenen molen in Balegem. In 1798 als graan- en oliemolen gebouwd. Sinds einde jaren 1970 mislukten renovatiewerken waardoor de molen nog steeds niet maalvaardig is. In 2012 moesten wegens bouwvalligheid zelfs de wieken verwijderd worden. De molen kreeg zijn naam toen in 1798 iemand door een slag van de wieken werd onthoofd. Guillotine Mill or Grote Kucher, a heavy brick mill in Balegem. Built in 1798 as a grain and oil mill. Since the late 1970s several renovation attemps failed, so the mill is still not ready to use. In 2012, even the wicks had to be removed due to dilapidation. The mill got its name in 1798 when someone was beheaded by a stroke of the wicks.
