Nederlands: Het opschrift aan de achterzijde wekt de indruk dat het het bolwerk Wolvenburg betreft. Hier werd in 1852 het Huis van bewaring gebouwd. De hier afgebeelde huizen liggen op het Begijnebolwerk dat aan de Van Asch van Wijckskade ligt, het verlengde van de Wolvenstraat.
