This user account is a bot operated by Companje (talk). It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually. Tasks: This Bot will be used to Upload Images (approx 150.000 with open license from The Utrecht Archives). I already started ([1]) from my user account but am facing 'rate limit'.

Operation: The Bot is manually assisted. I create CSV files and run a Python scripts to upload using the API.

When: It will operate intermittently. Sometimes during work hours, sometimes at night. Depending on the hours I'm available.

Maximum edit rate: I hope I'm allowed to upload 10.000 to 15.000 images per 24 hours. 7 to 10 images per minute.

Language: A Python script I wrote Commons:Img2Commons based on examples from the community.
