Boden was a lace magnet and a member of the Temperance Union and where the car park is was originally a small green called Boden's Pleasaunce which opened in 1910. The Gate and Plaque were donated by Bodens widow Mary Shuttleworth Boden. Photo Taken 10/04/13 |
