Description iconographique:

Droit : Inscription sur trois lignes gravée sur un piédestal orné en bas d'un niveau d'égalité, supportant le globe terrestre. Derrière ce piédestal, quatre étendards , une palme et la poignée d'une épée ; en haut se croisent une foi et une main de justice ; revers : inscription sur huit lignes dans une couronne de chêne.
