Notes: Not dated; this copy was mailed in 1932, but from autos seen in photo looks a few years earlier, photo likely taken when the Hotel was new in 1928. Reference to "New Municipal Auditorium" suggest text printing around when it opend in January 1930. The 3-storey buildings seen at left were demolished for the construction of the Joy Theater.
