HeLa cells were surface biotinylated and recorded during the initial 60 min of membrane protein internalisation by confocal microscopy. Shown is a time series with image capture every 5 s using laser excitation at 488 nm and an EC Plan-Neofluar 40x/1.30M27 Oil immersion objective.
