The annual Iowa Law Enforcement Torch run that marks the beginning of the Iowa Special Olympics in Ames, Iowa. The torch to start the games is lit in Des Moines and teams of Law Enforcement Officers run (and bike) the torch to Ames to officially open the festivities. |
