Description
English: Lipid mixing between single vDiD-labeled IAV and an endosome in A549 cells. IAV co-labeled with AF488 (green) and vDiD (red) was incubated with A549 cells at 37°C. The lipid mixing event (hemifusion) is manifested in marked increase of vDiD fluorescence. The numbers in the upper right corner show time after raising the temperature (min∶sec∶msec). Scale bar is 10 µm. For details, see Fig. 2A, B.
