English:
Built to eclectic residential corner building. Planned by Ferenc Buzzi Bódog (Felix Buzzi). Built to István Forgó in bitween 1872-1873. The plot of the house on the former New Market Square was purchased in 1870 by István and Teréz Fettich. After the completion of the building, it was owned by the Rotating family of Csongrád for decades, later it passed to Simon Győri, who founded the hotel "City of Győr" here. The newspaper reading public learned about the building mainly from tabloid news, in connection with love flies spiced with jealousy. From 1927 the Farkas restaurant, recently a film studio operated in it. The Budapest School High School moved in in 2022. The - 25 II. Saroképület. Tervező: Buzzi Bódog Ferenc (Felix Buzzi). Építtető: Forgó István Építés éve: 1872-1873. A hajdani Új Vásártéren álló ház telkét 1870-ben vásárolta meg Forgó István és Fettich Teréz. Az épület elkészülte után évtizedekig a csongrádi Forgó család birtokában volt, később Győri Simonhoz került, aki itt alapította meg a “Győr város” szállodát. Az épületről főként a bulvárhírekből értesülhetett az újságolvasó közönség, féltékenységgel fűszerezett szerelmi légyottok kapcsán. 1927-től a Farkas vendéglő, a közelmúltban filmstúdió működött benne. A Budapest School Gimnáziuma 2022-ben költözött be. Megj. oktatas.hu oldalon nincs Budapest School Gimnáziuma csak Budapest School Általános Iskola és Gimnázium (OM azonosító szám: 203452) melynek 2023 közepén 'Hatályos alapító okirata: Budapest, 2022. 05. 13.' szeritni listájáóban nem szerepel semmilyen VIII. kerületi telephely?!! - Eklektikus lakóház. Az eresz alatt,-fülkékben,-stukkó madarak (sasok?), timpanonos és balusztrádos gyámkőszerű madárdíszes ablakok. Földszinti ablakok ívén stukkó fejek. Rácsos pinceablakok. A Kenyérmező utca sarkán álló egyemeletes épület falán emléktábla látható a Paris Match fiatal fotóriportere, Pierre Pedrazzini emlékére.
