Jefta is gekleed in harnas en leunt op zijn zwaard. Op de achtergrond is te zien hoe zijn dochter voorop loopt in een stoet. Jefta had God beloofd om het eerste wat hij bij zijn thuiskomst zou zien te offeren. Rechts offert Jefta zijn dochter. Onder de voorstelling toelichtende teksten in het Latijn.
