Quebec ice sculptures.

Original caption:

"Consul General Abigail Friedman greets the St. Paul Minnesota Ice Sculpting Team in Quebec City. This year, St. Paul, Minnesota is the special guest of the Quebec Carnival. In addition to the St. Paul team, a U.S. team will be competing in the International Sculpting competition. Quebec's Carnival runs from January 27 - February 12, 2006. St. Paul's Carnival, the oldest in North America, runs from Jan. 27 to Feb. 5, 2006."
