English: Recording of gastrulating C . elegans embryos to evaluate minimal MEL-28 chromatin binding domain. Embryos expressing GFP::MEL-28846-1350 (top) or GFP::MEL-28846-1601 (bottom) observed by confocal microscopy. Corresponds to Fig 5. Playback speed is 60x. Frames were taken every 4.6 seconds for 6 minutes.
