Description Se ubica en la parroquia de Piñeiro y dispone de planta de cruz latina. La construcción del templo comenzó en 1740 con la capilla mayor y concluyó en 1818 con la edificación de la fachada y de la torre-campanario. Tiene un interesante retablo barroco en su interior. En el cementerio que rodea la iglesia de San Mamede, destaca un crucero con una curiosa figuración. Dispone de una plataforma cuadrangular y varal circular con estrías en espiral y motivos vegetales con capitel. La cruz tiene la imagen de Cristo crucificado con tres clavos y corona de espinas y, por el reverso, la Virgen en actitud de orar con las manos entrelazadas.
