English: B6s Tregs cannot be imaged in vivo using NanoSPECT/CT. BL/6 mice were adoptively transferred with 1×106 CFSE labelled B6s Tregs 24 hours later mice received 20 MBq of 99mTcO4− before being imaged using NanoSPECT/CT under general anaesthesia for 1 hour. A) SPECT/CT Image acquired showing Stomach, Salivary glands and Thyroid. B) Using the InvivoScope software, the signals from Stomach was removed. C) After scanning, mice were culled and vital organs were analysed for levels of 99mTcO4−. The graph illustrates the mean of Standard Uptake Value (SUV) of the organs (n = 3 mice). |
