| Description | El Viceministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Embajador Fernando Rojas Samanez, inauguró en la sede de la Academia Diplomática del Perú el “Seminario Regional sobre el Derecho de los Tratados, la práctica y la aplicación interna de obligaciones convencionales”, que organizan la Cancillería y la Oficina de Asuntos Jurídicos de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, y que tiene como finalidad profundizar la toma de conciencia sobre la importancia que tienen los tratados y su implementación en el derecho interno de los Estados, como eje fundamental que garantiza y fortalece la seguridad jurídica en el ámbito internacional, y promueve las relaciones de paz y cooperación entre los países. |
