Description
English: Live-cell imaging of EB1-GFP in uninfected control cells, related to Fig 4A . Uninfected cells were subjected to live-cell imaging of EB1-GFP nucleated from the centrosome. EB1-GFP continually emerged from the centrosome. The images were acquired at 1.56-sec intervals for 1 min.
