DescriptionIntegration-of-Nodal-and-BMP-Signals-in-the-Heart-Requires-FoxH1-to-Create-Left–Right-Differences-pgen.1003109.s001.ogv |
English: Myocardial Migration in a WT embryo. Time lapse movie of a Tg(myl17:eGFP) embryo beginning at 19–20 hpf. Myocardial cells on the left of the cone migrate toward the anterior and left significantly faster than do cells on the right. This results in displacement of the entire cone toward the left and extension of the forming linear heart tube along the anterior-posterior (A/P) axis in a leftward direction. |
