English: DCs were differentiated in vitro and pre-incubated or not with uninfected or P. yoelii-infected erythrocytes (upper panels) or isolated from infected mice at different times during blood-stage infection (lower panels). Naïve DO11.10 CD4+ T-cells were incubated for 12 h with LPS-stimulated DCs loaded with OVA peptide 323–339. Up-regulation of CD69 was measured in CD4+ T cells. This is a representative example of triplicated sample FACS analysis. |
