Description
English: Molecular Dynamics simulation of five T3 molecules bound to intersubunit sites. The transmembrane domain (viewed from the extracellular domain) is shown, with the protein colored by subunit: α (silver), β (green), γ (blue). T3 molecules are colored to correspond with Fig 6C; the red T3 molecule at the γ-β interface shows a brief unbinding event before rebinding.
