Description
English: Without anaphylatoxin stimulation, very few i.v. transfused EGFP+ leukocytes (green) extravasate from blood venules after surgery and immunostaining. Secondary reagents used: Lyve1–Alexa 594 (white), collagen IV–streptavidin-Alexa 647 (red). 25% of leukocytes were EGFP-labeled. Duration: 285 min.
