DescriptionInverness Boat Festival - Lifeboat + Coastguard Search and Rescue Displays at Inverness Scotland.jpg |
HMCG SAR Sikorsky 92 Helicopter G-SARB hovers above the Marina. The Inverness Boat Festival (held at the New Marina at Inverness Harbour to benefit local chartities) was supported by the emrgency Services, including the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI - itself a charity) and HM Coastguard (HMCG). The RNLI's Inverness (Kessock) Inshore RIB Lifeboat and the HM Coastguard SAR Helicopter from Stornoway staged an inter-agency display in the Beauly Firth off the Marina, between North Kessock and Inverness, and then all units returned to the Marina for public inspection! |
