Description
English: Exemplary video of actin changes within 10 min after perforation. A plasmid encodes a marker for the visualization of F-actin in living cells. The cells were irradiated with the given parameters and microscopic images of actin were taken every minute. High radiant exposures led to huge changes in actin and structural rearrangement, while low radiant exposures like 15 mJ/cm2 did not cause strong changes. Scale bar 50 μm.
