Description
English: Town Hall Approach, Tottenham N15

I took the photo bottom- right, on 12 December 2009, I guessed this column was hit by a vehicle. But then I forgot to report that it was tilting over. It's a "No Waiting" traffic sign on the pavement outside one of the CHENEL (The College of Haringey, Enfield, and North East London) buildings in Town Hall Approach Road. Next door to the Bernie Grant Arts Centre.

I assumed that Haringey's systems would result in someone reporting damaged "street furniture". Surely it would be spotted by one of the many Haringey staff ─ or staff of our "partner" agencies ─ who work near or pass by? Wouldn't they?

Two months later, On 13 February 2010. I took the photos on the top and bottom-left. Obviously I was mistaken.

Please see my photos posted on Flickr. ● Could you please arrange to repair this leaning column. ● Also to look into the reasons why - or so it would appear - the usual reporting systems seem to have failed in this case.

Even though it is not in Muswell Hill or Crouch End, this is hardly an obscure location tucked away at the back end of nowhere.
