Jay Wirt Kail, -who is said by his wife to be an actor by profession, but a compositor by trade, is the defendant in a bill for limited divorce flled yesterday in the District Supreme Court by Mrs. Katherlne Randall Kail. "If ray husband had the inclination and desire to earn a living for himself and family," the wife says in her bill of complaint, "he could well do so. for he is a i Mrs.- Kail farther alleges that she ret u i n e d home one evening and husband in a stupor on the floor at head of the stairway. She says he tossed In his sleep and rolled all the way the stairs. The noise awoke her, she sas. v Mrs. Kail Is employed at the' government printing office and owns the property in which she lives, 917 Florida avenue. She asks the court to award her alimony pending the s u i t , and also permanent alimony. She also asks that husbaftd be enjoined from molesting her or thV children in the future. Hopewell is her attorney.
