The People Of The State Of New York, to Richard B. Patterson, a son of the decedent, who resides at 1,408 Ellsworth street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Abigail Shaw, daughter of the decedent, who resides at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania: Ellen Ballentyne, a daughter of the decedent, who resides at West Carteton, Ontario, Canada; Margaret Eddy, a daughter the decedent, who resides at Hooper, Nebraska; Jennie Ross, the only next of kin of Annie Ross, a deceased daughter of the decedent, who resides at Hooper, Nebraska with her aunt Margaret Eddy; Joseph W. Shaw, residing at Toronto, Canada; John Shaw, who resides at Orangeville, Ontario, Canada; Annie Banks, wife of John Banks, who resides at Amaranth, Ontario, Canada; Hattie R. Johnson, wife of Richard A. Johnson, who resides at Tesswater, Ontario, Canada; Jennie Kotrna, wife of Archibald Kearns, who resides at Toronto, Canada: Bessie McDonald, wife of Thomas MoDonald, who resides at Toronto, Canada: James P. Shaw, who resides at 21H Queen street, Toronto, Canada, the husband and only next of kin of Jane Shaw, a deceased daughter of the decedent; Annie Henderson, a granddaughter and legatee of the decedent, who resides at West Carleton, Ontario, Canada, the said Jennie Ross, above named, being an infant under the age of fourteen years, greeting; You and each of you, are hereby cited and required to appear before our Surrogate, at the Surrogate's Court of the County of Kings, to be held at the County Court House, the City of Brooklyn, on the seventh day of January, 1885, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, and to attend the judicial settlement of the accounts of David Harvio and William P. Parr, as executors of the last will and testament of James Patterson, deceased, and that the above named infants then and there show cause why a special guardian should not be appointed to appear for them on said judicial settlement. In testimony whereof, we have caused the seal of our said Surrogate's Court to he hereunto affixed. Witness, Hon. Abraham Lott. Surrogate of our said county, at the City of Brooklyn, the fourteenth day of November, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five. Judah B.
