| Description | My wife and I visited Jogoshima Island off the tip of Miura Peninsula in 1971. We took a trip in a small boat around the island at near sunset on a foggy day. I grabbed this shot in a tossing boat under fading light conditions. I think the tree is a Japanese black pine ( Pinus thunbergii). I have enhanced the original photo a bit (not much) using modern digital photography tools. |
