Description
English: in this installment of Tad Dorgan's comic strip "Judge Rummy", the judge feels ill after having drunk bad rum. When the bootlegger is arrested, the judge sentences him to drink all the bad rum. Note that the art is incomplete; comics historian and gallery owner Brian Coppola has speculated that Dorgan - who died 15 months after the publication of this strip - may have left the characters' bodies for an assistant to draw.
