English: In this installment of Tad Dorgan's comic strip Judge Rummy, a police officer brings a badly-injured prisoner before the judge. When the judge criticizes the police officer for having beaten the prisoner, the police officer explains that he had had no choice but to become violent, because the jail's staff were on strike.
