English:
The so-called Herzl House, a one-storey late classicist burgher's house and its outbuildings, was built in the 1860s (elsewhere around 1870). Inside is a main staircase with a glass roof, decorative painting, candelabra. - Around 2020, the office of the Trans-Tisza Reformed Church District, the Reformed Diocese of Csongrád, Szeged-Honvéd Square Parish Office is here - The great-grandfather of the builder, Michael Chajim Pollak, founded the Jewish community in Szeged. The descendants of his son-in-law, Herzel Wolf Jechezkel from Kistelek, formed the Herz'l family. It was built after 1868 for dr. Fülöp Herz'l, military physician, chief medical officer of the city of Szeged. Listed and part of a local grade listed architectural ensemble. - 15 Kárász Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Egykori Herzl-ház, egyemeletes késő klasszicista polgárház és melléképületei, épült az 1860-as (máshol 1870 körül) években. Belsőben főlépcsőház, üvegtetővel, díszítőfestéssel, kandeláberrel. - 2020 körül itt van a Tiszántúli Református Egyházkerület, Csongrádi Református Egyházmegye, Szeged-Honvéd tér Egyházközség hivatala - Az építtető dédapja, Pollák Michael Chájim alapította meg a szegedi zsidó hitközséget. Vejének, a kisteleki Herzel Wolf Jechezkelnek utódai alkották a Herz’l-családot. 1868 után épült dr. Herz’l Fülöp katonaorvos, Szeged város tiszti főorvosa részére. Fia, dr. báró pusztapéteri Herczel Manó sebész a kegyesrendiek főgimnáziumában tanult. 1909-ben átalakították az épületet. Itt volt Schőn Adolf 'Dugonicshoz'majd Goldstein Pál 'a Golyóhoz' címzett kávéház. 1912-ben dr. Goldschmidt György a hátsó udvarban emeletes fényirdát és mosókonyhát építtetett. Itt dolgozott 1911–22 között Braun János hangszerkészítő mester. 1926-ban özv. Lichtenegger Gyuláné Csorja Zsuzsanna Szegedi Református Egyházközségnek ajándékozta református egyetemista diákoknak szállásának. A kerékvetős kapubejárat és az üzletportálok fölött a zárókő csigavonalas konzol tartotta fiúfigura látható.
