中文：启定贰年（1917年）越南（阮朝弘宗宣皇帝）“圣旨”1张，事为“敕河南省维先县白舍社白舍村奉事白泊勇公尊神，稔著灵应，肆今丕承耿命、缅念神庥，著封为翊保中兴、灵扶之神，准其奉事庶几，神其相佑，保我黎民，钦哉”，黄纸飞龙烫银，钤有“敕命之宝”；此圣旨乃加封土地守护之神。
