English:
Our Lady of the Stone Church, plaques to Tallian and Cicutti chairmans?/presidents of the Church. Built in 1865 as a neo-Romanesque chapel with single nave and stained glass windows.Architect: Joseoh Ziegler. In 1930 the chapel nave was extended to the south. Sacristy and a columned portico also built, in front of its main façade in 1930. Sacrified to parish church in 1943. Extended in 1985, architect: Tamás László. - There is a Holy Trinity facade niche sculpture with German inscription donated by Lorenz Schmid and Alois Gröschel (1875), also on south facade is a Saint Stephen of Hungary relief with Latin-Hungarian inscription, donated Jakab Lamszter (1938). At the west facade a limstone crucifix with German inscription plaque donated by Weiss family (1873). Also on facade is a 1875 Danube flood level sign. - Szentendrei Road, Kaszásdűlő neighbourhood, 3rd district of Budapest.

A lelkészség 1942-ben nyert plébánia rangot. 1943-ban szentelték plébániatemplommá. 1985-ben a templomhoz toldaléképületet építettek, a bővítési munkák és az új tölgyfa padsorok tervezője László Tamás építész volt. - Déli homlokzatán: Szentháromság fülkedombormű (Felállítás: 1875)[1] felirata: "Gestiftet durch Die Vohltäter Lorenz Schmid und Alois Gröschel zu ehre Maria Stein Kapelle 1875."– azaz "Mária tiszteletére a Kőkápolnának ajánlotta Schmid Lőrinc és Gröschel Alojzi jótevő-adományozó 1875.", szintén déli homlokzatán: Szent István fülkedombormű (Felállítás 1938)[2] felirata: IN MEMOR. ANNI IUB. 1938. FELAJÁNLOTTA LAMSZTER JAKAB. - A templom nyugati falánál: Feszület (1873) piszkei kemény mészkőből készült feszület. Weis Erzsébet, József és Rozália 1873-ban a kápolna számára. 1876-os árvíz vízszint magassága a talaj fölött 64 centiméter volt kő tába őrzi a déli, főbejárati homlokzat jobb oldalán. - Belül: a névadó kegyképe 'Segítő Szűz Máriá' 1811-ben érkezett a Dunán gót betűs felirata: O, HEILEGE MARIA, HILF UNS BETTEN AUF DAS UNS GOTT ERRETTE VON ALLEN NÖTHEN. Szent Szív-szobor és a stációk gipsz szobrai Máriahegyi (Miereisz) János †1973 1932-es? alkotása; a plébániatemplom galambformájú ambója Markolt György alkotása (Felállítás 1989. szeptember 10.); 1999-ben készült az oltár, a kegyképet tartó hársfa-keret[3]; az ambó melletti építési emléktábla felirata: VON WOHLTRÄTERN ERBAUT DURCH JOSEPH ZIEGLER ALS BAULEITER UND MITWIERKUNG SEINER GATTIN DER THERESIA GIGLER UND ANNA BERNER. - Két harangot 1922-ben Szlezák László harangöntő mester készítette el. A nagyobbik 55 cm átmérőjű, 94 kg-os. Felirata: MAGYAROK NAGYASSZONYA KÖNYÖRÖGJ MEGCSONKÍTOTT HAZÁNKÉRT. A kisebb harang átmérője 43 cm, 45 kg-os. Felirata: SZENT JÓZSEF KÖNYÖRÖGJ E HELYEN LELKI ÜDVÖSSÉGET KERESŐ LELKEKÉRT. - Belül szürkés emléktábla felirat: 'Vigassy Mihály (1947-2020) közösségépítő és templombővítő plébánosunk (1980-2002) tiszteletére/Kövi Szűz Mária Plébánia Közössége' - Emléktábla az előtérben: Egyházközségünk örökös tiszteletbeli elnöke Tallián Ferenc templomatya//emlékére állította Kövi Szűz Mária Plébánia Egyházközség/2008 - Fehér emléktábla: 'Cicutti Lajos egyházközségünk első világi elnöke emlékére' - Kápolna nagyobbításához mint alapító tagok hozzájárultak: (névsor )- Harmónium 1933, az új 1947. - 1947-ben, 1950-ben 1965-ben restaurálták Papp László és fiai templomdíszítő és aranyozó festők - Budapest, III. kerület, Kaszásdűlő városrész, Szentendrei út.
