Description

Behind the signal box, in the distance, a steam shed mustering a few Ty42 and Ty2 locomotives under the wires on passenger and goods trains. At this time, the branch lines to Skandawa, Bartenstein and Wegorszewo were perhaps about 65 percent steam operated.

Nigel Hayman has documented the end of steam in Poland well in his photographs.
