An one-storey, eclectical, 'T' building with mid avants-corp on a plot bordered by three streets. Originally built as a hotel in 1871-1872 (1973). Architect: József Gaál from Debrecen. Opening ceremonial ball hold in January 16, 1873; Count Szapáry chief captain of Nagykun district and his wife Countess Ráday, 'the Mother of the Ball' were present at the ball. The 'Great Restaurant' (hotel) later extended with a stable. The city council leased it- In the 2010s was home of the Kiskossuth primary school. Its name in 2024: Nagykun (Great Cuman) Primary School, High School, Technical School, Vocational School and Dormitory. Presumably it is the main institution building with primary education. The city council leased it with the stipulation that a restaurant and at least four guest rooms should be set up and furnished, and a horse-drawn carriage should be kept to transport guests arriving by train in and out - There is Lajos Kossuth de Udvard et Kossuthfalva by Sándor Czobor (1996 bronze relief) on the facade - 2 Kossuth Lajos Street=7 Szabadság Square=Piac Street, Kisújszállás, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, Hungary.

Egyemeletes, eklektikus, középrizalítos 'T' alaprajzú három utca határolta telken fekvő épület. Hajdani Korona-szálló és Vendéglő: A korábbi Nagyvendéglő már 1848-ban is létezett. 1871-ben megbízták Gaál József debreceni építészt egy új 'pompás nagy vendéglő' építésére. A helyi téglagyár biztosította a felhasznált 375 ezer téglát és a több mint 12000 tetőcserepet. 1873 janurjában tartották a megnyitó bált Gróf Szapáry Nagykun kerület főkapitánya és felesége Ráday grófnő részvételével. Az épületet istállóval bővítették. Az emeleten volt egy nagyterem ahol gyakran tartottak megyei egyházmegyei közgyűléseket és vándorszínészek előadásait. 1929-1930-ban átalakították a város fenntartásában álló Polgári Leányiskolának, az első igazgató Vadainé Bíró Mária volt és volt négy tanítónő. Ebbe az iskolába járt Csukás István is.
