'Appendix' van de Belgische kunstenaar Chantal Grard (Veurne 1970). Op de achtergrond is de 'Paravang' zichtbaar. Het is een windscherm bij de jachthaven en dateert uit 1908. Dit windscherm, in de volksmond de ‘paravang’ afgeleid van ‘paravent’, is een mooi voorbeeld van de eclectische bouwtrant zoals die in het begin van de 20ste eeuw werd toegepast in de kustarchitectuur.
