Description
English: Vesicular movements in control hepatocytes expressing ABCB11-YFP. Primary hepatocytes from control mice were transduced with YFP-tagged ABCB11, and imaged with a high speed spinning disk confocal microscopy 5 days after transduction. To visualize intracellular vesicles, extreme high gain was used. Time lapse series of maximal projections are shown. Speed of the video is 10× real time, scale bar indicates 10 µm.
