Flora and fauna: swamp chicken (Gallinula chloropus) , reed warbler (Acrocephalus scirpaceus), common house martin (Delichon urbicum), great reed warbler (Acrocephalus arundinaceus), Eurasian wren (Troglodytes troglodytes), Edible frog (Pelophylax), Grass snake or water snake, European pond turtle (Emys orbicularis), Crack willow, Populus, White willow, Common reed (Phragmites australis). - Gyömrő, Pest County, Hungary. Magyar: : Tőzeges Tó egy nádsziget felől. A tó 3.3 ha. A város szívében, mégis vadregényes, nádassal szegélyezett. Számos kisebb nagyobb nádsziget található benne. A hátsó rövid oldalon egy félsziget is benyúlik, a tóba melyről szintén lehet horgászni. A két hosszabb oldalon kiépített stégek vannak. Veresegyházi Tavak Tanösvény része a Tanösvény melyet a II. Rákóczi Ferenc Általános Iskola diákjai és tanárai készítettek. Közremüködtek még: NEFAG Zrt., Városi Önkormányzat, Gyömrői Weöres Sándor Általános és Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola, Benei Béla Erdész, Kiss Nóra biológus, Német András a Duna–Ipoly Nemzeti Park munkatársa, Józsa László horgászmester, Debreczeni Péter fafaragó, Kertész László Attila grafikus. Élővilága: Nádirigó, molnárfecske, cserregő nádiposzáta, ökörszem, kecskebéka, vízisikló (Natrix natrix), vízityúk, mocsári teknős, fehér fűz, törékeny fűz (Salix fragilis), nemes nyár, nád, szürke nyár, hamvas fűz... - Pest megye, Gyömrő, Klotildtelep |
