Haringey residents and others can report dumped rubbish, litter and other street problems using the Council's website. Giving my email address, I got an acknowledgement and a reference number- as in the example below.

While the piles at the ends of the alley may be fly-tipped by outsiders it seems likely that many - if not most - of the items and piles of rubbish come from residents / landlords / agents of the adjoining properties.
