English: 3D animation of day 10 CD8 T cell motility in the flu infected trachea. Adoptively transferred OT-I-GFP CD8+ T cells (green) are imaged by multiphoton intravital microscopy after infection with influenza X31-OVA-I as described in materials and methods. Rotating 3D images were reconstructed from the extended focus videos to show the lateral point of view of the tissue to illustrate depth in the localization of T cells (green) relative to the outer collagen sheath (white). |
