Description
English: Video collected at day 9 at higher resolution (512p) for a closer, more detailed view of CD8 T cell behavior just after viral clearance. As above, adoptively transferred OT-I-GFP CD8+ T cells (green) are imaged by multiphoton intravital microscopy after infection. This animation shows an example of more actively moving T cells, with limited displacement in the tissue. Behavior is consistent with active surveillance of local cells. Second harmonic signals removed.
