Description
English: Live imaging of Histone H2B–GFP mouse embryo at E6.5. The optical section shown here is located about 78 µm from the distal end of the embryo. The time interval is 1.5 min. Gastrulation and mesodermal cell movement are clearly demonstrated; in the epiblast, interkinetic nuclear migration can be observed.
