English: Reconstructed epiblast nuclei from distal view. Tracked positions were reconstructed as 3D computer graphics using POV-Ray (http://www.povray.org). Red, blue and green arrows indicate the anterior–posterior axis, right–left axis, and proximal–distal axis, respectively.
