Description
English: Longitudinal time-lapse intravital imaging of the retina of the same CX3CR1+/− EGFP mouse affected bY experimental autoimmune uveoretinitis (EAU) as in Videos S4 and S5 in Supplementary Material, at day 21 after immunization (peak of disease). Three-dimensional 1,400 μm × 1,400 μm × 300 μm fluorescence images were acquired every minute, over 20 min in the retina of CX3CR1+/− EGFP mice affected by EAU. The CX3CR1+/− EGFP cells, microglia and macrophages, are depicted in green, whereas the vasculature labeled by rhodamine is depicted in red. z-step = 6 μm.
